About Sara
Born in the hills of Nepal and raised in the chaos of Mumbai, Sara of Soul Treats is a wanderer. She moved to London in 2017, and spent a few years working in boutique coffee houses and tea shops to understand the culture and palate of yet another cosmopolitan city. She finally fulfilled her lifelong dream of mastering the art of pastry-making at Le Cordon Bleu (London).
As a classically trained pâtisserie chef, Sara’s delicacies are an exquisite combination of innovation and simplicity. She brings a traditionally Indian twist to timeless recipes that transcend cultural boundaries, thus bringing a fusion of flavours to the streets of London. She believes in food made with love, food that transports – food for the soul.

About Soul Treats
We can never quite forget the simple pleasures of our childhood. Giggles in the school yard, sharing our tiffins – even picnics in the park with homemade cakes. Those were the carefree days of unbridled joy, naive innocence, and abundant love.
As we grow up, we lose this innocence in a web of complexities. We forget the sound of the school bell that dictated our life; the sight of the playground that made us giddy with excitement; the smells that wafted out of the kitchen of our childhood home; and the taste of our comfort food, deeply ingrained in our soul.
As a small business owner herself, Sara understands the struggles; she spends her time supporting other aspiring women entrepreneurs looking to contribute to their income by sharing her art, her skills with them. Soul treats is run by a fabulous team of women who are sharing their expertise with the world.
